Over the past 16 years, Frilux has successfully manufactured millions of products, ranging from the smart garden in your kitchen to engine drives in power plants.
In 2021 alone, Frilux converted plastic resin into more than 166 million components. Every product was crafted with technological precision, reflecting ongoing development and innovation.
Machine Fleet
Frilux operates 52 injection molding machines equipped with robots, offering:
- Machine capacity: 50 – 1050 tons
- Plastic part size weight: 0.5 – 2220 grams
- 2K injection molding
Additionally, Frilux has 4 units of tampo (pad) printing equipment, capable of decorating all kinds of difficult-shaped products.
Injection Molding Tool Maintenance
To ensure optimal condition, Frilux systematically performs the following on injection molding tools:
- Regular tool (mold) maintenance
- Preventive tool maintenance
- Tool repairs
These practices prevent premature wear and ensure that everything is in place to produce high-quality products on time.
